All content contained in and all products sold on this website are the intellectual property of Rosetint Studio. As such, any such content and/or products are being provided to you for your individual use. No license to sell or otherwise distribute Rosetint Studio’s intellectual property is express or implied. You are not authorised nor permitted to utilise any such content and/or products on your sites without express permissions from Rosetint Studio. By utilising the content and/or purchasing the products contained on the Site, you expressly agree:
(1) not infringe on or otherwise violate Rosetint Studio’s intellectual property
(2) to ensure that any confidential information disclosed to you by Rosetint Studio remains confidential, and

Refund Policy
As all of our products are created to order, we do not offer refunds on products. If you do not understand or agree with a these conditions, please do not order from the site If you require further clarification, please contact Rosetint Studio.
Marketing
Occasionally we would like to use your finished artwork for marketing purposes to demonstrate the results of our artwork processes. These will only ever be used on our website and associated social media accounts. Here at Rosetint Studio we respect your privacy and we will never re-sell any of our commissioned artwork.
We will only ever use your artwork for these purposes if you have selected to do so during the check out process.
Content Upload
It is your responsibility to ensure that the pictures you upload using the website adhere to the laws of your country. Any illegal images will be forwarded onto to the relevant authorities including pornography, violence and all other images that are illegal and do not conform to regulations in your country. Risque pictures that have the consent of their subject and that do not infringe any laws are acceptable to create artwork from subject to discretion.
Any copyright infringement is your responsibility. Ensure that you have the full permission of the copyright owner before uploading a picture. In general if you are the photographer or have permission from the original photographer you are deemed by us to have the right to upload the picture.
